2002-Apr-28 15:22    1.1    Check-in [2110]: Add first cut of OSSP ui64, a new (sub-)library which allows us to perform 64-bit unsigned integer arithmetic in a portable way without requiring the machine to support C99's 64-bit type "unsigned long long".
