  OSSP var - Variable Expansion

  INSTALLATION

  To install OSSP var into /path/to/var/ perform
  the following steps in your shell:
      
    $ ./configure --prefix=/path/to/var
                 [--with-ex[=DIR]]
                 [--with-dmalloc[=DIR]]
    $ make
    $ make check
    $ make install
