o Moved uuid_[u]int{8,16,32}_t auto-configuration into
own internal header uuid_ac.h.

option for dumping a given UUID into clear text. For convinience
reasons add uuid_bm.h (bit mask API) and uuid_str (string
formatting API) sub-modules.
